Paula Moore is a self-confessed posture addict. She is the creator of a popular video blog on posture which has received over one million YouTube views. She is the author of Posture Give It To Me Straight and a co-author of Abundant Health. A graduate of The Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, she holds a Masters and a Fellowship in the field of posture science. She has appeared in The Mail on Sunday, GMTV's Breakfast Television and on the highly regarded BBC Woman's Hour. Paula lives by the sea in the beautiful South East where she is often seen whizzing by on her Kickbike, playing softball or eating a big piece of cake in one of Brighton's quirky caf�s.

The front cover says one minute workout, inside it refers you to the web site for "the one minute workout" It seems to me a book on healthy living. Just not what I expected.

Like a cook-book with no recipes

Don't buy this book. No exercise program in this book. Like a cook-book with no recipes. Nothing but an infomercial about products for sale on her website.Very disappointing. In the book she speaks of her 30 minutes of posture exercise every morning, then nothing. Don't buy this book.

Best posture book I have read

This book is amazingly simple, easy to understand, and a must if you truely want to succeed at restoring your posture. As a retired Chiropractor of 25 years that has struggled with poor posture all my life and tried all the gimics, books, and quick fixes on the market, I know how frustrating and difficult it can be to try to correct your posture.
This book is the best book I have ever read on posture correction and restoring your health.
I have found that there are no quick fixes to restoring your posture and achieving and maintaining good health. Dr. Paula explains this in a way that is not only informative and inspirational, but she also motivates you and shows you how to correct your posture. She has had years of additional training and education in posture correction beyond her Chiropractic education and has had first hand experience by correcting her own posture. But, more than a book on posture correction, this is a book about how to change your life, how to have more self confidance, and to find real happiness with yourself.
Dr. Paula shows you how to create a doable plan, and then she inspires and motivates you to insure your success. The results, if you follow her guidance and your plan, you will succeed, not only with correcting your posture, but also having better health, more self confidance, and real happiness.
